Resources/Show Notes Dinner One Pot Cheesy Pasta Bake Slow Cooker Marinara Chicken and Veggies Spaghetti Squash with Meatballs Chicken Enchilada Casserole Berry Crocker Meatloaf Pressure Cooker Mexican Quinoa Dinner Instant Pot Light Fettuccine Crockpot Meatballs Slow Cooker Mexian Flank Steak (for tacos) Spinach and Gruyere Stuffed Tilapia (or cod) 5 Ingredient Pesto Shrimp and Broccoli Fettuccine Superfast Bean Tostadas with Cabbage Slaw BLT Tostadas Chicken Summer Vegetable Tostadas Tempeh Sloppy Joes; one or two blocks of tempeh, chopped and then sauteed with a little oil in a pan. Add 1/2 a can (or up to one can) of sloppy joe sauce to the tempeh, serve on whole grain buns. Simple Cheesey Vegetable bread; buy a frozen raw loaf of bread, thaw it out, press it out, add a bit of oil, cheese, and vegetables (I like spinach, red pepper and mushroom). Cook the vegetables first to get rid of excess water, then add them on top of the cheese. Roll the bread (basically fold it to encase the veggies and cheese) and put the seem downward. Bake according to directions.
